Arm balances, inversions, backbends and other advanced postures will be practiced regularly. Prior Yoga experience recommended.
Gentle Yoga
For those who would like to work at a slower pace and with the aid of chairs or other props. Classes will gradually build strength and flexibility, using gentle postures and breathwork for healing and relaxation.
