This yoga class flows with the breath from one posture to the next at a slow pace with plenty of time and space to get in and out of postures. Simple poses are taught for all levels that can be done anywhere, anytime! Starts with a 10-minute present awareness practice through breathing and ends with 10 minutes of stillness or savasana.
Learn the foundations of yoga in a safe, encouraging environment, while releasing stress and tension. Classes will cover alignment of fundamental asanas (postures), techniques of pranayama (breathing) and meditation. Develop strength, stamina and flexibility while relaxing and rejuvenating the body and mind.
Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? These classes move more quickly than Foundations, yet students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Further strength, stamina and flexibility will be required as more challenging postures and flowing sequences are introduced. Prior yoga experience recommended.
A fun-filled class open to all levels, although prior Yoga experience encouraged. This class will go wherever the spirit moves us ~ from Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) to inversions, backbends and balance.
This gentle yoga class uses the support of a chair for yoga poses and gentle stretches. Participants will learn how to breathe more efficiently and move with mindfulness, while stretching and toning their bodies. Safe for anyone with limited mobility, pregnant women and those with most existing medical conditions.

Yoga for Health & Well-being
These classes will be centered around 12 basic Yoga Asanas (postures) to help strengthen and release tension within the body. Each pose will have more basic and advanced variations available to fit the needs of the student. There will also be Pranayama (breathing) exercises shown to help prepare the body and mind for these processes. This will be done to a soft background of peaceful and inspiring kirtan (music). The class will be concluded by a short relaxation and philosophical topic for the evening. All welcome!
Mama & Me Yoga
