Fall Yoga at Footbridge

Come relax and unwind with Fall Yoga at Footbridge Park! Yoga classes will be run through the Blairstown Recreation Department, with day/evening times and 3 package options available. Classes are one hour in length and appropriate for all levels of ability. No prior experience necessary. Participants will be guided through a range of yoga postures and joint exercises that will help increase mobility and flexibility, while moving with the breath and releasing tension. Walk away feeling refreshed, renewed and relaxed!
*Bring a mat, blanket or cushion – and mask for when you are near others.
Dates & Times:
Mondays: 6-7 PM, 9/21 – 10/26
Thursdays: 8-9 AM, 9/24 – 10/29
