Grief Yoga Workshop

We all have experienced loss in our lives – divorce, breakup, addiction, loss of a loved one, pet, job and much more. The anger and sadness become trapped in our bodies. Grief Yoga uses simple yoga, sound, movement and breath to help move pain and suffering through mind and body.
You will become aware of where you hold grief, anger or other feelings that burden you. A secure and safe space is created to allow you to express, move and let go of this burden. You will find ways to allow love and joy back into your life by reconnecting to body, mind and spirit with meditation, movement and even laughter.
This workshop is for anyone willing to work through letting go of the pain and suffering and re-connect with love and joy again.
