Breathing Room Center is happy to now offer Wellness Wednesdays, hosted by Alexandra Drazin of A Pathway to Wellness. Each date will feature a new and informative wellness topic, and you will learn something new & beneficial for your health and well-being!
Upcoming Dates & Topics:
April 29th – Women’s Hormone Health: Let’s talk about how to balance our hormones naturally! From PMS to pregnancy to menopause to endocrine complications, there is always a healthy way to find balance.
May 13th – Musculoskeletal Support: In this class we will discuss how to manage musculoskeletal issues such as arthritis, pain, traumatic injury, back issues and more. We will go over how to naturally support your body to help reduce inflammation and regenerate your body, and review pain creams, CBD, Essential Oils, inflammatory foods, and nutritional supplements. All will go home with a sample of pain cream.
June 10th – Emotional and Spiritual Wellness: Anger, Fear, Trauma, Sadness, Stress and Anxiety can control us. Sometimes managing them becomes a struggle. Our emotions can deeply affect our bodies on a physical level. We will go over how to balance our emotions and our chakras using essential oils and meditation. We will do a guided meditation and everyone will go home with a “have a good day” aromatherapy roll on.
